I have a set of 2009 Muscle Wheels, they've been powder coated entirely a Semi-Gloss Black!
They Look Killer! If you don't own a Muscle they will fit your V-Rod but bushing and bearings must be changed to get them to fit! It's a pretty simple process and HD sells the parts!
